Silver Bunny Bloom begins every morning with a bracing open-water swim. Lake, loch, or lido—if it’s chilly, she’s in, claiming it “sharpens the whiskers.” Though she looks more suited to spa days and herbal teas, Bloom lives for foggy dawn dips and has even invented her own swimming stroke, using her ears as propellers.
After her swim, she wraps up in a woolly towel, notes her split times, and insists it’s “not competitive”—even as she races the ducks.
